The Rogue Bull is an animal that requires defeating as part of the quest A Mesmer's Burden. His pet name is Bill. He belonged to Old Mac. He will respawn until you kill him with the quest active, after which he will not return.
He cannot be charmed.

Notes[edit]
- Unlike other level 5 creatures, the Rogue Bull only has 80 health. However, it has high armor rating. This appears to encourage the use of Conjure Phantasm during A Mesmer's Burden.

- Bill and Vatlaaw Doomtooth are the only foes in pre-Searing with an elite skill. Neither one can be captured.
- At least one of the Rogue Bull's horns survives into Guild Wars 2 as Horn of the Rogue Bull.
