Can't be very rare, it's dropped from the HoS chest. Didn't know there was no drop research, or I might have added some.--Kyle van der Meer 17:21, 13 February 2008 (UTC)

"Measure For Measure" Inscription

I added the above inscription to a gold one of these and expert salvaged for 2 rubies.

Two icons

isn't the first shield the diamond shield? if so, they are different. the diamond shield looks rather more diamondy and the iridescent shield looks more opally. --VVong|BA 18:28, 7 January 2009 (UTC)

Shine Factor

Although this shield is very shiny and pretty, I don't think the "Shine Factor" applies for this being uber expensive, because of it's common-ness...But it is a really nice looking shield. Lord, this was a useless message. --Darkness Prevails 00:43, 2 October 2010 (UTC)

Mirror of Lyss

These do not drop from vabbi chests in the Mirror of Lyss. Having opened 2,000+ chests there myself, I'm unable to recall ever getting one of these, and I keep out an eye for everything that has a chance of salvaging into gems. So either I've been very unlucky, or they don't drop very often at all, or they don't drop from vabbi chests in that area at all.
