The People's Will is a unique wand dropped by elite caster members of the Ministry of Purity, i.e. Elite Ministry Illusionists, Clerics, Mediums, Purgers and Mages.
Stats[edit]
- Fire Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 9 Divine Favor)
- Fire Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 9 Fast Casting)
- Fire Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 9 Soul Reaping)
- Fire Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 9 Energy Storage)
- Fire Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 9 Spawning Power)
- Energy +5 (while Health is above 50%)
- Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 10%)
Replica[edit]
Except for the damage type, it is possible to create a replica of this wand with the same visual appearance and stats. Replicas will cause the damage type associated with the inherent attribute.
Create a replica with the following:
- Fan of Purity from collector Iza Yoi
- Perfect Wand Wrapping of Quickening
- Perfect "Hale and Hearty" inscription
Except for the visual appearance and damage type, it is possible to create a replica of this wand with the same stats. Replicas will cause the damage type associated with the inherent attribute.
Create a replica with the following:
- One of the following wands with the appropriate attribute:
- Asuran Scepter from crafter Nojj
- Balthazar's Rod from collector Zaishen Weapon Master
- Deldrimor Scepter from crafter Grand Mason Stonecleaver
