I'm completely aware of the fact your about to launch a bunch of rotten tomatoes at me for wanting to change RC.RC has been meta for forever now.The only thing that currently has replaced RC is PaH wich is broken as hell and was only made this imba to fix the hexgay shit.FYI it didnt.I want to make all monk elites viable.I dont think RC suddenly is no longer viable but it is easier to shut down.The Main reason people brought SoH and skills like that was to shut down RC.Anet nerfed LoD because of the fact that a game revolved around gettin LoD shutdown and preventing it from being shutdown.Yet they dont realise RC has the same problem.The SoH nerf changed this but before a conditionspam build was basicly like this.Spam spam spam and fit SoH in because you know they'll run RC.Doesnt sound really balanced to me at all.

Although TA is not high priority I thought that fixing shove spike wouldn't do any harm.Even when it is not imbalanced at all,it will always stall, wich is something I want to avoid.
