Shout. Your skills recharge 50% faster, your spells cost 50% less Energy, your movement speed is increased by 50%. When cast, this skill removes all Hexes on allies in the area.

- This skill is only used by its eponymous NPC.
- This skill will affect Animal companions and Flesh Golems, but not other minions.
- The range of this skill is by far larger than within earshot, and is presumed to be spirit range. However, this has not been fully tested yet.
