Bounty-like blessing
From Guild Wars Wiki
Bounty-like blessings are blessings that partially behave like bounties (those found in Guild Wars Nightfall). While under the effects of these blessings, you gain points towards a certain title or faction per kill, but unlike the normal bounties, they are not specific to a particular creature type or group and you do not earn additional experience.

Blessing of the Kurzicks and Blessing of the Luxons function similar to bounties, however they also provide bonuses to health and health regeneration, provide Faction rather than promotion points, provide a boss bonus in both normal mode and hard mode, and cost 100
