Droknar's Forge (sometimes referred to as "Droks") is the town for the Shiverpeak Mountains region of Tyria.
“Long ago, when the tribes of Deldrimor were united under one banner, Droknar's Forge was the seat of the mighty Dwarven nation's power. Named for one of its most beloved kings, the Forge has never once been taken by an enemy nation.

[edit] Getting there
Droknar's Forge can be reached by one of two methods:
- Completing the Dragon's Lair mission.
- The Droks run is the only way to reach Droks without first ascending. This run was popular for obtaining max armor. Since the release of Factions and later Eye of the North, armorers at Kaineng Center in Cantha (by completing Mhenlo's Request) and Boreal Station in Far Shiverpeaks (by completing What Lies Beneath) can easily be accessed from Lion's Arch. However, the run has regained popularity for players seeking:
- Power-leveling
- Access to Prophecies-only skills and elites (from other campaigns)
- To farm in Sorrow's Furnace
- To gain access to the Ring of Fire
- To obtain prestige armor skins not obtainable elsewhere

[edit] NPCs
- Vision of Glint: In the western area of Droknar's Forge there is a statue of the dragon Glint which is guarded by two Dwarves of the Brotherhood of the Dragon. After a Prophecies character has attained Ascension, using the "/kneel" emote at the statue will cause the Vision of Glint to appear. This is the only way to acquire the Titan quests.
