Hex Spell. For 5...13...15 seconds, target foe and all adjacent foes cannot achieve a critical hit and deal 1...12...15 less damage.

Hex Spell. Also hexes foes adjacent to your target (5...13...15 seconds). Removes ability to land a critical hit. Reduces damage by 1...12...15.
