Elite Off-Hand Attack. Must follow a Dual Attack. If it hits, Moebius Strike strikes for +10...30...35 damage. If you strike a foe whose Health is below 50%, all your other attack skills are recharged.

- Can be rotated with Death Blossom for constant AoE damage.
- This elite skill is much easier to capture for players who played the Kurzick branch. To capture this skill you will need to do the following:
- For players doing the Kurzick line, complete the Kurzick storyline quests: Befriending the Kurzicks, The Defenders of the Forest and then The Eternal Grove. You can then enter the grove from Vasburg Armory.
- Players who have done only the Luxon side will also need to complete the quest Befriending the Kurzicks before Gatekeeper Dedrick will grant access to the Kurzick lands from Unwaking Waters (explorable area), regardless of your current faction standing.
