- This skill works by reducing the base recharge times of any skills activated while Serpent's Quickness is active. It will have no effect on any skills that are activated prior to it, and it does not benefit from its own effect. Stances replacing this skill do not benefit from this skill.
- If you begin activating a skill, and then activate Serpent's Quickness before the skill has finished activating, the skill will still benefit from from the reduced recharge.
