- Only the spells you cast after activating Mantra of Recovery are affected.
- This reduction stacks with Fast Casting, up to the 50% cap, which means that PvE characters only benefit from longer durations with an FC rank of seven or higher.
- Spells that you cast while under Mantra of Recovery continue to use the shortened recharge if the Mantra ends.
