Seiji is a special event NPC that made its debut during the Second Birthday Celebration.
Location[edit]
- Shing Jea Island
- Shing Jea Monastery (only during Shing Jea Boardwalk events, and for one week after Canthan New Year and Dragon Festival)
Dialogue[edit]
- "To encourage your competitive spirit, Master Togo has permitted me to give prizes in exchange for Victory Tokens. For a mere 5 , [sic] Victory Tokens, I'll give you your choice of rewards."
