- Shambling Horrors have standard health (level×20+80), and approximately level×3.75+5 armor rating (rounded half to even).

- Upon death, a Jagged Horror will spawn where the Shambling Horror fell. Two will spawn if the Shambling Horror was enchanted with Jagged Bones.
- If the Shambling Horror has no master, no Jagged Horror is spawned upon death.
- Despite their appearance, Shambling Horrors are not fleshy creatures.
- Shambling Horrors receive +30% damage only from primary Necromancers under the effects of There Can Be Only One and they also receive +30% damage only from Necromancer skills used by secondary Necromancers under the effects of Amateur Hour, which suggests that the game regards them as primary Necromancers.
