note to self for later when I am satisfied enough to make a conclusion on the drop: this seems to be a Tarnished Coast drop, including dungeons in the Tarnished Coast. The Warband of Brothers drop above is because the mob that dropped it (a spider) is a native of the Tarnished Coast (probably assigned in the game's database), and therefore it drops Tarnished Coast items even in random other places where it is found.
