Baked Husks are the shells of the Plague Worms that infest the fields of Ascalon. The husks are used as fertilizers.

From Ashford Abbey, head to the northern field which is infested with Plague Worms. If you don't see any at first, wait for 5-10 seconds and they will appear. When after some time the Worms hide, try standing still on grass past a boulder located on the left side of the Ashford Abbey portal until they show up again.
