Broad Head Arrow

Elite Bow Attack. You shoot a broad head arrow that moves slower than normal. If it hits, target foe is Dazed for 5...17...20 seconds, and if target foe is casting a spell that spell is interrupted.

Elite Bow Attack. Slow moving arrow. Interrupts a spell. Inflicts Dazed condition (5...17...20 seconds).

- Its slow moving arrow always follows a high arc: it can be easily avoided at long distances and is unaffected by Read the Wind and Favorable Winds, which flatten the path of the arrow. This makes it more effective against nearby targets or those that are snared.
- NPCs will use this skill on foes wielding a spellcasting weapon, but will only target those wielding a martial weapon if they are activating a spell.
