The Great Horns of Grenth was first awarded during the Wintersday 2006 finale in Lion's Arch to players in the districts where the Avatar of Grenth gained more supporters than the Avatar of Dwayna. These could not be dyed, upgraded by insignias or runes, or be salvaged.
