The Ice Shard Crest is a festival hat obtained during the Wintersday 2009 and Wintersday 2009 Redux finale in Lion's Arch and Kamadan. The Ice Shard Crest was awarded to players in the districts where the Avatar of Grenth gained more supporters than the Avatar of Dwayna. The festival hat can also be obtained in exchange for 125 Candy Cane Shards from the Wintersday Hat Giver.
