The Skeleton Face Paint is a festival hat obtained from Mad King Thorn, in Kamadan, Jewel of Istan, during the Halloween 2009 event.

- Has an armor rating of 0.
- Can be upgraded by runes.
- Cannot be dyed, upgraded with insignias, or salvaged.
- Has clipping issues with certain heads (bald male Warrior). The mask may also appear off-center on some character faces resulting in a distorted appearance.
- When dropped on the floor, the Skeleton Face Paint appears as a black lined scroll.
- The mask is layered over the character's face so it's affected by facial features (such as eye-patches, beards and headbands) but unaffected by hair. It also has a partial "blink".
