The Wreath Crown was obtained from the Avatar of Dwayna at Lion's Arch or Kamadan during the Wintersday 2007 festival events. It can also be obtained from Festival Hat NPCs until noon PST (8 PM GMT) on Thursday, January 8th.

- This hat is inspired by a traditional hat worn for Saint Lucia Day in Scandinavia.
- Also possibly inspired by the crown worn by the Ghost of Christmas Present in Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol
