The Snow Crystal Crest is a festival hat obtained during the Wintersday 2009 and Wintersday 2009 Redux finale in Lion's Arch and Kamadan. The Snow Crystal Crest was awarded to players in the districts where the Avatar of Dwayna gained more supporters than the Avatar of Grenth. The festival hat can also be obtained in exchange for 125 Candy Cane Shards from the Wintersday Hat Giver.
