Elite Enchantment Spell. (20 seconds.) Inflicts Crippled condition (3...13...15 seconds) with your attack skills. No effect unless wielding a cold weapon.

- A skill that changes your weapon damage type to Cold Damage will count as wielding a cold damage weapon.
- Consider using with Volley for spammable mass cripple.
