- Does not affect the Divine Favor bonus. Even though healing done by enchantments is not normally enhanced, Patient Spirit is. For details, see healing modifiers.
- Since Healer's Boon lasts for its recharge with no attribute rank in Divine Favor, it proves usable by secondary monk healers as long as energy permits.
- Its primary effect stacks with Fast Casting, as long as the Healing Prayers spell's original casting time is 2 seconds or longer.
