- The Morale Boost is relative; if you have 30% Death Penalty it will alter it to 20% Death Penalty, not 10% Morale Boost.
- The Morale Boost only affects you; it will not affect an entire party.
- This item cannot be consumed when you already have 10% Morale Boost.
