Elite Signet. You Bleed for 6 seconds. Applies Bleeding (2...13...16 seconds) to the target of your next Necromancer skill.

Bleeding will be applied first when using a skill; this means it will trigger conditional effects such as those inflicted by the skills Oppressive Gaze, Ulcerous Lungs, Vile Miasma, and Necrosis.
Has no duration (this is one of the few skills that last indefinitely without an upkeep).

Anomaly.Even though it has no activation time, this signet (similar to Dolyak Signet) cannot be used while knocked down or performing an action.
