- Melee weapons with a Vampiric mod, Vow of Strength, Order of the Vampire, Conjure Flame/Frost/Lightning, etc. synergize well with Twin Moon Sweep because the effect triggers twice.
- Unlike Dual attacks, both attacks from this skill hit simultaneously, meaning both hits will connect even through skills such as Shield Bash or Shield of Judgment.
