- Energy +5 (while Health is above 50%)
- Illusion Magic +1 (20% chance while using skills)

A complete replica can be made with a Staff of Purity from Iza Yoi in Kaineng Center (in exchange for 15 Ministerial Commendations) and the following upgrades:
- "Hale and Hearty" inscription
- An Insightful staff head
- A staff wrapping of Mastery or of Illusion Magic.
