A Ministerial Commendation is a type of reward trophy given out by members of the Ministry of Purity in exchange for completing various tasks during Winds of Change.

- Ministerial Commendations are random drops from members of the Ministry of Purity after completion of A Chance Encounter.
- A total of 54 Ministerial Commendations can be acquired for completing the primary quests from Winds of Change: 18 from normal mode and 36 from hard mode.
