BOOM is a laid back and friendly Kurzick guild that includes players of all ages. The focus may be slightly more on PvE than PvP, but we have players that enjoy both. We're most active in the E.S.T. evenings, but we have players on the west coast as well as in other countries. The result is at most any time of day, you can find a BOOM or for certain several alliance members online to help and or join in your gaming. Guild chat can sometimes be quiet for stretches of time as members focus on the task at hand, but you'll find we're friendly and ready to talk, lend a hand, or help you find a person who could provide whatever help is needed. Most of our officers have completed all four campaigns and are familiar with all the different aspects of the game. Our alliance is very active and regularly gathers groups for DOA, VSF, Urgoz, The Deep, FoW, UW, SoOsc, DTSC, CoF, JQ, FA, AB, HA, etc. We offer free ventrilo server, although it is not required, it does become very usefull during difficult and elite misssions, not to mention getting to know the other players out there.
The Warlords of Destruction was created December 10, 2007, by Jake Krothar. It has evolved over time with various members assuming leadership. We are working on building a good Guild within the Alliance.
Even to those members that have moved on it was a pleasure to remember you, have fun in all your future gaming experiences. All we ask for membership, is that you as the player will treat others in the Alliance as you would like to be treated.
We are currently recruiting and welcome anyone who's nice, courteous, and ready to have a good time playing the game we love.
We will also be moving into Guild Wars 2, as a guild, and hopefully in the future as a member of the AoL alliance (pending game updates to allow alliances)
