Enchantment Spell. (8 seconds.) Heals for 30...78...90 whenever target ally takes more than 50 damage. Ends after this ally takes damage from 10 attacks or spells.

Hero Usage[edit]

  • Heroes cannot gauge incoming damage. As such, they use Spirit Bond in response to any amount of incoming damage, even if that amount is below 50.

Notes[edit]

  • The count is refreshed when recast.
  • Contrary to the description, Spirit Bond will heal whenever an ally would take a damage packet above 50, even if it is reduced to 50 or below by other means, such as Protective Spirit or Shield of Absorption.
    • Spirit Bond and Protective Spirit make the basis for the "600" monk in the 600/smite team used for farming.
  • This skill can be used to mitigate the downside of skills that cause double damage (such as Frenzied Defense) or armor reduction on their user.
  • Spirit Bond will trigger its healing before the damage is registered.
Bug Bug.Contrary to the descriptions, Spirit Bond will only end prematurely if it triggers ten times.
Anomaly Anomaly.Despite causing healing, triggering the healing from the skill does not cause Scourge Healing or Soul Bind to inflict damage.
