I can't believe you are being such a creep on Linsey's page regarding the z-key storage bug. Give her a fucking break, she worked her ass off for the past 3+ months to get this update done and you can't wait 5 or 6 fucking days for them to fix this bug? Yes. I can tell you're annoyed and I don't much care. I'm just addressing a sad fact of employee-apathy. And I -can- wait 5 or 6 days but I shouldn't have to. They've fixed bugs quickly before, remember that one that kept people from PLAYING? (some load error or whatnot?) Well, this one is preventing people from getting the most out of the new coins because they're too slow (whether it be laziness or just they took the weekend off), to fix the issue. This is only delaying by a few days "getting the most out of the new coins". These things are a permanent addition to the game, so having this delay is not something to get so irritated about. Just think about how great it's going to be when you can consolidate all the coins you've earned in the meantime. As you said, this ISN'T stopping anyone from playing, it's truly a minor inconvenience. I don't want to pick sides, but I just want to say: The devs and techs are probably searching for the bug right now. BUT it's not only searching for something that changed somewhere. All these things (code :p) interact with each other, it might be a combination of things that causes the problem. It's like curing an unknown disease, first you have to figure out what caused it, then come up with a cure, and then see if it cures that person. You can't expect this to happen overnight. For example: the "cure" might cause other unforeseen side-effects. I'm quite sure they are doing the best they can to find out what went wrong. They are only human too, and treating them with respect goes a long way (you catch more flies with honey, than with vinegar), and especially when they did their very best to make this happen (just read Linsey's journal). --Ellisia 13:11, 28 April 2009 (UTC)

You know how there's no inventory icon for the Keg of Aged Hunter's Ale? Yeah, that's the kind of thing that should be done before release. I understand that the storage bug wasn't manifesting on their servers, so they couldn't really have been expected to "fix" that beforehand. However, if I understand correctly, they've a fix that they didn't include on Friday because they didn't want a new build out over the weekend with no support. That part is unprofessional - you don't not fix something because you don't want to support it, you fix it as soon as possible and support it, anyway. If you break something, there isn't an "Oh, I'm off, I'll fix it when I come back in" option.

Black Dye

hey Vanguard, i just think black dye is thrown on to armour to indicate richness or leetness, without any thought to if it actually looks good or not, true some things do look really cool with it, but its like obbsidian armour - half the people wearing it dont even like it, they just want to appear rich and blinged out :P. I would say neither, but did you ever consider merely linking to the image at pbf instead of putting a huge ass picture in the middle of the happy birthday section? I dunno.). It's a reasonable request, and while he can't "make you", you don't really have a legitimate reason to continue using it so frivolously.

The trick is having no lights on except your laptop's backlight and looking at it after the sun goes down. First; not a fan of art being linked from DeviantArt, because I have to click five hundred times to get it to normal size. Secondly; the humor is there. But you need to work on the typing/spelling, etc. Also, black text on a dark green-foresty background? Not good. And the second comic I don't really get at all. Most of the text is lost due to size and the aforementioned black text on forest background.

You can download it here and all you do is run your guildwars exe program through it. easy to locate and run. you hit select (program files - or where gw.exe is located) then the only things you'd need checked is emulate HW TnL caps (in Hardware Limits (cap bits)), force max. pixel shader version 1.4 and force low precision pixel shader (in Pixel and Vertex Shader). What I can tell you is this: Slow down Aatxes and grasping darknesses, KD or Mad King the coldfires and the big tall things in the Eastern area, KD the Ghost horse thingies to the SE, slow the things near em, Mad King the Terrorweb dryders in SW, KD or Mad King the smite crawlers to the north.
