- This skill creates a Spirit of Anguish that uses the Anguish (attack) skill.
- Synergizes extremely well with Painful Bond and Signet of Ghostly Might, granting anywhere between double to triple its unconditional damage.
- Spiritleech Aura combines poorly with Anguish, as the damage reduction penalty significantly reduces the effectiveness of this Spirit.
