The name Frozen Forest is a bit of a misnomer, since there aren't a lot of trees here, frozen or otherwise. Dwarf mines, on the other hand, are plentiful, as are the Stone Summit dwarves and Avicara tengu that populate most of the Southern Shiverpeaks.

- These quests will affect the spawns in this area:
- This area requires around 306-320 foes to be vanquished
- Boreal Kubeclaw spawns instead of one of the Dwarven bosses
- If using henchmen to vanquish this area, it may be advisable to enter from Ice Floe after leaving Thunderhead Keep, or Marhan's Grotto due to the large number of Jade constructs in the south-eastern corner. Another good alternative is to start from Copperhammer Mines due to a large amount of bosses which spawn, giving players the opportunity to gain morale boosts.
