The name Frozen Forest is a bit of a misnomer, since there aren't a lot of trees here, frozen or otherwise. Dwarf mines, on the other hand, are plentiful, as are the Stone Summit Dwarves and Avicara Tengu that populate most of the Southern Shiverpeaks.

• Complete exploration of this area adds over 1.6% towards the Tyrian Cartographer title.
• Vanquisher runs of this area without active quests require defeating around 310 foes. Including quest influences, it has been reported to range from 304 to 323.
  • There are a small number of Jade constructs in the southeastern corner; they have a long patrol route, so can be easily missed.
  • There are hidden Azure Shadows in the northwestern section of this area.
• Henchmen from Thunderhead Keep and Marhan's Grotto are infused and can enter the area from Ice Floe in the southeast corner of the map.
• Henchmen from Copperhammer Mines and Iron Mines of Moladune are not infused. There are not many groups of Jades on this map, each having only 3-4 in number, so the concern on infusion is minimal.
