The Holdings of Chokhin lies on the northern end of Vabbi. The most striking landmark in this area would be the library of Prince Mehtu the Wise, named the Halls of Chokhin, where researchers and philosophers gather to study and share knowledge on various fields of knowledge. The rest of the area is mountainous passes inhabited by insects, harpies, hostile plants, and minotaurs. Fireflies can be seen beautifully lighting up the passes and open ground in the western half of this area.

This area lies beyond Mihanu Township, which is found on the northwestern corner of the Mirror of Lyss.
If your character had gone with Margrid the Sly instead of the Master of Whispers, then the primary quest Greed and Regret will lead your character here.

- The structure in the northeastern corner is the Halls of Chokhin, a library maintained by Prince Mehtu the Wise.
- These quests affect the spawns in this area:
- Vanquisher runs of this area without active quests yielded roughly 245 foes or so.
- There are no enemies inside the Halls of Chokhin.
- The plant groups outside the Halls of Chokhin patrol very close to each other. Engaging a group without pulling will very likely draw in another one or two groups.
