Notes

• If Power Block interrupts a PvE-only skill or one without a linked attribute, only that skill will be disabled; the target will still be able to use other title-track or no attribute skills.
• Wastrel's Worry is a good source of unconditional damage during the period that Power Block disables skills, especially against single-attribute builds (e.g. nukers).
• Power Block will extend the duration of skills with a shorter disable/recharge time (skills with a longer downtime will not be affected).
