- No Attribute is not an actual attribute, but a lack of one. Therefore, if Power Block interrupts a "no attribute" skill, the target will have only that skill disabled, and will still be able to use other "no attribute" skills.
Bug.This skill does not actually interrupt skills, but instead disables the skill being cast and all skills of the same attribute. If the cast time of the skill intended to be interrupted is longer than the disable duration, the skill will cast normally.
