- No Attribute is not an actual attribute, but a lack of one. Therefore, if Power Block interrupts a "no attribute" skill, the target will have only that skill disabled, and will still be able to use other "no attribute" skills.
- Consider bringing Wastrel's Worry for a source of unconditional damage during Power Block's disable effect for single-purpose builds (nukers, healers, etc.).
