Perdition Rock is the only explorable area in the Ring of Fire Islands. It's home to some very dangerous foes such as Mahgo Hydras, Drakes and Dark Flame Dryders. This area has the most elite skills to capture in the game.

• Complete exploration of this area contributes approximately 1.2% to the Tyrian Cartographer title track.
• Vanquisher runs of this area without active quests yielded roughly 230 foes or so. Discounting quest influences, it has been reported to range from 217 to 246.
• You can get the Volcanic Rock for the Black Moa Chick from the northeast part of this zone.
• Generally, only one boss will spawn at each spawn point. However, only an Abomination boss and a Phantom boss can spawn at the same point. This means that Harn and Maxine Coldstone will not spawn at the same time. Since there are four spawn points shared by the three Ettin and Hydra bosses, one of them will be empty. Additionally, sometimes not all of the Phantom bosses will spawn.
• Watch out for Mahgo Hydras with their Meteor Shower. They can also do massive damage through other fire skills.
• An easy way to capture the Elite Skills of the Phantom and Abomination is to leave the Ember Light Camp and then run to a view of the first boss location to the east which will have one or two bosses. If they are not the one(s) you may want to then rezone. This could take many tries since there are 5 Abominations and 3 Phantom bosses and the rotation of spawn points is not predictable.
