Hero Usage[edit]
- Heroes will only use Signet of Binding to take control of enemy Binding Rituals. They will not use it to take ownership of Nature rituals.
Notes[edit]
- As it only works on enemy-controlled spirits, hostile NPC spirits that are not controlled by another creature will not be affected by this skill. Examples of such spirits are:
- Spirit of Portals.
- Binding Guardians.
- The Ritualist spirits that appear in Slavers' Exile and Oola's Lab.
- The four spirits in Mallyx's chamber in the The Ebony Citadel of Mallyx.
- If this skill fails due to low Spawning Power, the user does not lose health.
Anomaly.Spirits taken control of with this skill ignore the restriction of having multiple allied spirits of the same name within range of each other. The restriction will however be correctly applied should the spirit be teleported via Draw Spirit, Swap or Summon Spirits, preserving only the most recent spirit.

- Prior to the November 12th 2010 update, this skill was tied to Communing and could target any non-allied spirit.
