MQSC (Mount Qinkai speed clear) Wallow duo (2 spirit spammer ritualists, either both players or a player and a hero).[1]
Start from either Maatu Keep or Boreas Seabed. Following the route provided, you can evade all other foes besides some Island Guardian that spawn next to groups of Rot Wallow. If you really do not want to kill these you can pull the Rot Wallows away from them as they do not belong to the same group. When you reach the end of the route, zone into the nearby outpost and repeat the route the other way around if needed.
