The Serpent Axe has a boot-shaped blade with a serpent sign engraved on it. This axe has two different versions, Tyrian and Canthan, which are similar in appearance, but the blade of the Canthan version is smaller and dyes differently.

Dye[edit]
- Tyrian variant
Dye affects the entire axe. The default color can be closely replicated using red dye. The icon will not change color when dyed.

- Canthan variant
Dye affects the default gold areas. These areas includes the axe's butt, the serpent design on the blade and the studs. The default color can be closely replicated using yellow dye. The icon will change color when dyed; any color dye other than yellow should have noticeable effect on the inventory icon.

Notes[edit]
- As seen above, a good way to discern between Tyrian and Canthan is to dye it and look at the dye charts to see which one it matches up to.
- The symbol on the axe (the serpent) can also be used for guild capes.
