The Celestial Scepter is an ornate scepter with a superimposed iridescent galaxy image. The white stars surrounding the weapon appear to float in mid-air and are animated in a slow motion action.

This item drops from Factions chests and rarely from monsters. It does not drop anywhere outside of Kaineng City.
