The Lich Lord (though known as the "Undead Lich" in-game, and in one cutscene known as "Lich") is a powerful undead lord who seeks the Scepter of Orr to gain the control of the titan army and take over Tyria. He manipulates the players during the Prophecies campaign by transforming to his other form, Vizier Khilbron.
