The Lich Lord (though known as the "Undead Lich" in-game, and in one cutscene known as "Lich") is a powerful undead lord who seeks the Scepter of Orr to gain the control of the titan army and take over Tyria. He manipulates the players during the Prophecies campaign by transforming to his original form, Vizier Khilbron.

- Like the Spoiler-related boss, the lich does not suffer doubled damage from holy damage.
- The lich has reduced AL against fire and cold damage sources, as well as taking massive damage from earth damage.
- The lich played a key role in The Cataclysm which destroyed Orr.
- Despite only a small skill list, the Lich has a very powerful ranged attack doing almost 90 damage against 80 AL targets.

- One of the second birthday present miniatures features the Lich Lord.
- Even after offically killing the Lich, he'll show up again respawned on the final cut-away scene for a brief second.
