Strength Requirement

Question Do these ever drop with Strength Requirements like the page says? the main page for shields would have a person believe they don't... If they do drop with a strength requirement where from, I want this skin but I want a strength requirement Evil Eyeball 11:12, 5 October 2009 (UTC)
