Dual Shot

Ebon Vanguard Sniper Support

Spell. Summon a level 14...20 Ebon Vanguard Sniper that has Called Shot, Debilitating Shot and Distracting Shot. This summoned sniper is created in Adjacent range. If that foe is a Charr, the sniper lives for 24...30 seconds. If target foe is not a Charr, the sniper lives for 12...15 seconds.
