An arena outpost is an outpost that has an associated arena. The arena can only be accessed via the respective arena outpost. Some arena outposts have a maximum level requirement to create and protect a Player versus Player environment specifically for low(er)-level characters.

Trivia[edit]
- Most historical arenas were adopted as maps in Random Arenas, Codex Arena, Zaishen Challenge, and Zaishen Elite. Their respective outposts were made inaccessible and removed.
- Ahmtur Arena was an arena outpost that never made it into the released version of Guild Wars Nightfall. The arena map was available in a Random Arenas rotation, but became bugged as a result of the January 11, 2007 update.
