- Added a new “Rename” option to the Friends List. You may now set nicknames for friends in your Online, Offline, and Ignored lists.

- Added a Master Volume slider.
Camera[edit]
- Increased the frequency at which movement direction is updated when holding and dragging the left mouse button to walk.
- Fixed an issue that caused the camera to rotate in a seemingly random direction when the player character stops after having held the left mouse button to walk.

- Added a new option to lock compass rotation.
- Added an in-game clock.
- The new clock has 3 different modes: Off, Local Time, and Server Time.
- Fixed an issue that could prevent character name floaters from properly updating their color and guild tags, most commonly after changing maps.
- Fixed an NPC pathing behavior issue.
- Fixed a server crash.
- Fixed a client crash.
- Fixed a client/server desync related to movement.
- Refactored the Options panel to better handle resizing it.
Graphics[edit]
- Renamed the "Advanced" option to "Enhanced Draw Distance" to better self-document its functionality.
- Added a new "Windowed Borderless" resolution mode.
- This mode functions similar to the "Windowed Fullscreen" mode, but keeps the Windows Taskbar visible.
- Added a Frame Limiter option.
- The Frame Limiter functionality has been improved and will now more accurately target the desired FPS.
- The Frame Limiter has 4 modes: None (no limit), 30 FPS, 60 FPS, and Monitor Refresh Rate, which uses your primary display's refresh rate as the target FPS.
- This option will be overridden with the preexisting -fps command line argument, which will continue to function as it did previously.

Inventory[edit]
- Added a new account upgrade, "Xunlai Material Storage Expansion".
- This item, with each purchase, will increase the storage capacity for materials stored in Xunlai Material Storage by 250 items.
- This upgrade can be purchased up to 9 times for a total storage of 2,500 items.
- The Xunlai Material Storage Expansion upgrade can now be purchased on the Official Guild Wars Store for $9.99.
- Increased the maximum number of purchasable Xunlai Storage Pane upgrades per account from 4 to 9.
- The Xunlai Storage Pane upgrade can be purchased on the Official Guild Wars Store.
- Using the Superior Rune of Holding will now log the correct result to the chat log instead of ellipses.

- Selling Gold and Green items to vendors now has a confirmation to prevent accidental selling of those items.
User Interface[edit]
- Added hot keys for flagging Heroes 4 through 7 to move to a location.
- Added hot keys for commanding Heroes 4 through 7 to use a specific skill.
- Item rarity borders can now be toggled on via a new option in the General settings. This will color the item's border match to the rarity of the item.
- Note: This does not affect white or blue items.
- The Inventory Bags window (F9) is now resizable.
- The Inventory Bags window (F9) now has an option to hide bags and condense all item slots together. This option is in the General settings.
- Added a toggle in General settings for showing nameplates for enemies (or players in outposts).
- Note: Enabling this option will invert the functionality of the corresponding key binding.
- Added a toggle in General settings for showing ally, NPC, and item names.
- Note: Enabling this option will invert the functionality of the corresponding key binding.
Inventory[edit]
- Increased the number of slots in each Xunlai Storage Pane from 20 to 25.
- This includes all storage panes: purchased and non-purchased.
- Added a new Superior Rune of Holding bag upgrade that will increase inventory bags to 15 slots.
- This item can be purchased with Zaishen Coins in the Great Temple of Balthazar and Embark Beach.
- Added a new Rune of Belt Holding upgrade that will increase inventory belt pouches from 5 to 10 slots.
- This item can be purchased with Zaishen Coins in the Great Temple of Balthazar and Embark Beach.

Bug fixes[edit]
Inventory:
- Fixed an issue in which the Superior Rune of Holding and the Rune of Belt Holding had their tooltips swapped.
- Added a unique color to the Superior Rune of Holding and Rune of Belt Holding items.
- Fixed a UI scaling issue with the material storage interface that caused the stack size to be cut off when there were 1,000 or more items.
