i recived a gold one in canthna but i dont know how to add to table Shadowshock 01:34, 1 August 2008 (UTC)

Well, if you actually remember the creature and area, it's fairly easy. Just use the simple copy-paste technique I use; just check my research page, and fill it in. --Chaiyo Kaldor talk contribs 02:01, 1 August 2008 (UTC)

Very easy to farm in HM or NM in Gates of Kryta, there's a hidden path behind the house near where Oink is found that has mass aggro of Undead. In just 4 clears of this small area in NM I got 2 Sephis Axes. And considering the HM Sephis Axe I got earlier (Noted on the chart) has all perfect mods, This may be the best place to farm these. And now i just got one off of a Hidden Stash in Pre Searing. It's like I'm a Sephis Axe magnet lately. O.o PariahUser Pariah Pariahmoa.pngtalk 00:21, 22 January 2010 (UTC)

New Voltaic Spear/Colossal Scimitar[edit]

These Sephis Axes seem to be becoming the new Voltaic Spear/Colossal Scimitar, as far as caster weapons are concerned. Seeing more and more ppl using them. 99.241.34.49 02:57, 30 November 2009 (UTC)

Hidden Stash[edit]

Someone had added this as part of the acquisition section. Figuring they're as random as dyes dropping from mobs, I'm asking if it's appropriate. Diseraph 11:01, 16 May 2010 (UTC)

I added it because Sephis Axes have only a few known sources: Undead, chests, and Hidden Stashes. Since they're not a universal random drop, I figure it makes sense to document the places where they can be found. --Irgendwer 21:02, 16 May 2010 (UTC)
True, however gaming-wise it is not feasible to farm Hidden Stashes or chests in hopes of getting this particular item, as far as I'm aware... Diseraph 23:33, 28 June 2010 (UTC)
I'm not sure I understand. Hidden Stashes are all over pre-Searing Ascalon, free to open, and remarkably generous with the loot. I imagine they're quite easy to farm, especially in the absence of dangerous foes. --Irgendwer 01:19, 29 June 2010 (UTC)
Yes, but when you try to use that argument for other similar random droppers such as chests and treasures, it conflicts with the formatting guide regarding acquisition because of the fact it randomly drops anywhere. I don't really understand why Hidden Stash should be exempt from this rule. I mean I'm not anti-Hidden Stash or anything, just not sure if people are to find it useful, especially when deciding how far the extent of the 'random drop' goes, especially from something that randomly drops everything.
