Graven Monoliths are constructs that lurk in places desecrated by margonites. They are the only monoliths encountered anywhere, excluding the single appearance of the Apocrypha.

Notes[edit]

  • In their tablet form, they appear to be immobile and will activate Reform Carvings immediately after being aggroed; this causes them to revert to the tablet form before assuming a new form.
    • Their most common form is as a Mesmer; they also use this whenever they are alone when attacked.
      • Their Mesmer form resembles a naga.
    • They turn into Dervishes when they are low on health.
      • Their Dervish form resembles drakes.
    • They sometimes turn into Paragons when they are within earshot of their allies.
      • Their Paragon form resembles krakens.
Bug Bug.When knocked down in tablet form, Graven Monoliths sometimes get stuck and stop performing any actions.

Trivia[edit]

  • Their dying animation will be one of the forms they had before first using Reform Carvings.
  • On occasion you may see a graven monolith wielding an Aureate Aegis.
  • The Graven Monolith is one of very few types of NPCs that can use skills from three different professions.
