Alright, what this is about is... Creating a unique skill. A lot of skills on guildwars have a common function but just something is changed. Now you need to create a skill that has a unique function; like Animate Party Member or something weird like that. (but also, it must be balanced, useful, and makes sense gamewise.)
Yes, this is an diabolical plan to give me new skill ideas, mwuhahahaha
This contest will be judged on May 22, if I get around to it. The prizes will be set by points of how good an unique it is, and you get to choose prizes from the list depending on how many points you have, everyone will also get userboxes. So, come on what are you waiting for?

Why Are We Fighting's Dyscalculia[edit]

Elite Hex Spell. For 5...17...20 seconds, whenever your foe uses the nth skill on his or her skill bar, he or she uses the n+1th skill instead. Whenever your foe gets an "Invalid target" or "Skill recharging" message, he or she loses 0...4...5 Energy.

Elite Hex Spell. While maintaining this hex, whenever target foe casts a spell while their energy is higher than yours, you steal 3...9...11 energy from that foe. Indignation cannot raise your energy above 30...47...51. The next time your energy becomes higher than target foe's, this hex ends. (btw, it is a Maintained Hex, he DID ask for a new game mechanic, afterall)

Pony Slaystation X's Operation[edit]

Elite Enchantment Spell. All status effects, Hexes, Enchantments, Consumable effects, and any other type of effect are removed from target ally. For 10...6...5 seconds, this spell does nothing while target ally lies in wait. After the time has passed, target other ally returns to full health, and bleeds for 30...14...10 seconds. Target can not gain or lose health except for the bleeding caused by Operation, while this spell is active. Target ally cannot be the target of any type of skill, nor is affected by party-wide spells or AoE. This skill lasts for 10...8...7. This skill can not target self.

If used twice before having attacked, your next attack also interrupts your target's action and this preparation ends. If you interrupted a skill, it is disabled for an additional 10 seconds. If used three times before having attacked, your next attack also inflicts Crippling and Bleeding for 10...22...25 seconds and this preparation ends. If used four times before having attacked, this skill is disabled for 20 seconds with no additional effects.

Further description: A non-spell skill with an upkeep and the option to stack preparations is where the new functionality is. Due to its attribute and progression, a skill not exclusive to but more effective for the Ranger primary. An energy cost of 20 plus said upkeep makes this skill slightly less OP, since Ranger base energy at level 20 is 25 with only +3 energy regeneration as well as the fact that said Ranger will still have to reactivate those preparations after their respective durations end. Even with Prepared Stance, the energy requirement would still be significant for a Ranger primary, especially at Expertise 7 or lower.
