These are skills that the wiki community has deemed underpowered, whether so grossly so in general that they see no use, or weak in comparison to other similar skills so that they, again, see little use.

This page will, inherently, be heavy with the opinions of the community; if you disagree, feel free to use the talk page to discuss what you feel should be changed.

Also, when you add a skill here, could you please add the documentation on the talk page? Thanks, we all appreciate it.

I plan to reformat this to match my Dervish update (so pretty and organized!) as soon as I get a keyboard (I'm typing without one, yes). If anyone wants to do it before then, feel free.
