The Dragon Spire Staff can be found:

Dye effects the entire staff, including the shaft and the dragon statue. The metal parts of the staff take on the color of the dye, while the hue of the crystal parts is shifted, for example red dye will make the crystal parts purple, purple dye will make the crystal parts blue and blue dye will make the crystal parts green. The staff is dyed yellow by default.
